We install or update flashing around chimneys, skylights and other vulnerable areas as needed.
Ridge Ventilation
We install ridge venting where appropriate to support airflow through the attic and roofing system.
Protective Membrane and Underlayment
We install the protective layers needed to help prevent water from reaching the roof deck.
GAF Asphalt Shingles
We complete the roofing system using quality GAF asphalt shingles selected for dependable protection and lasting appearance.

Step 2:
Removing the Existing Roof
Our crew removes the existing roofing materials so the roof deck can be fully inspected.
Step 3:
Inspecting the Roof Deck
We look for damaged or deteriorated sheathing and explain any additional work that may be needed before installing the new roof.
Step 4:
Installing the Roofing System
We install the protective membrane, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and GAF shingles that make up your new roofing system.
Step 5:
Cleaning and Inspecting the Property
After installation, we remove the roofing debris, thoroughly clean the surrounding area and complete a final inspection of the work.

Yes. We perform a complete tear-off so we can inspect the roof deck before installing the new roofing system. This allows us to identify damaged sheathing and address underlying problems rather than covering them.

Once the existing roof has been removed, we inspect the sheathing underneath it. If damaged wood needs to be replaced, we will explain what we found and the additional work required.
